When a customer calls to book a move, our team asks the customer the following:

These messages include a booking welcome/confirmation message after your phone booking is completed and a thank-you/review request approximately 24 hours after your completed move.
Message frequency is approximately 2 messages per booked move. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to book or purchase services. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. The customer must verbally answer “yes” before any SMS messages are sent.
If the customer says no, they can still book moving services without receiving SMS messages.

In most cases, a small deposit is required to reserve your moving date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move.

Absolutely. We use furniture pads, shrink wrap, door protection, and floor protection on every move.
We recommend being present at least at the beginning and end of the move, but we can also coordinate moves remotely if needed.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, and earlier during peak season (spring/summer).
